Ludos Toy Box makes it easy to offer your child high-quality, sustainable toys—without clutter, overwhelm, or constant buying. Here’s how it works, step by step.

FAQ

How does the subscription work?

You receive a personalized box every 2 months. When it’s time for the next one, you return the previous box and receive a new selection of toys.

What happens after 2 months?

At the end of each cycle, you simply return the box, no need to clean the toys.

 

You can either return it for free in Limhamn or send it back (with Bring) following the provided return instruction for 90 SEK.

What if I break or lose a toy?

In case of minor damage or missing pieces, just let us know—we understand that toys are meant to be used and enjoyed. For more significant damage or loss, please contact us so we can find a fair and thoughtful solution together.

How are the toys selected?

Before every box, we have a personalization call  to understand your child’s needs, interests, and development. In collaboration with, a trained Montessori teacher, we will select the materials and activies perfect for you.

What if my child doesn’t like a toy?

We do our best to personalize each box, but children are unique. Your feedback helps us improve future boxes and tailor them even better to your child.

What’s included in each box?

Each box contains between 3 to 5 toys and an activity (either based on the toys you are getting or with the additional materials needed for that). You will also get a short family guide with the toys description and some suggestions on how to use them. 

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Ludos Toy Box is offered as a yearly subscription, with full payment made in advance.

While cancellations and partial refunds are not part of the standard model, we understand that unexpected situations can arise.

 

In such cases, please reach out to us—we’re always happy to find a thoughtful, personalized solution.

If you’re planning a longer absence, we can also adjust the timing of your boxes to better fit your needs.
