Prefer to give your time instead of paying more? Our Community tier lets you borrow up to 6 toys for the Small membership price, in exchange for 10 volunteer hours per year. Your first volunteer session must happen within 30 days of signing up.
Terms & Borrowing Rules
Membership
- Monthly payment: cancel anytime, no commitment
- Yearly payment: save 10% compared to paying monthly
- Community tier: your first volunteer session must take place within one month of signing up
- Your membership is valid for 12 months from signup
Borrowing
- Bring your toy library card or ID at every visit
- Loan period: 28 days per toy
- Need more time? Just let us know — we're happy to extend your loan
- Toys and equipment should be used indoors and as intended; Ludos Lekotek is not responsible for injuries during use
- If you have pets, please keep them away from borrowed fabric items (play mats, baby gyms, etc.)
- If anyone in your household smokes, we kindly ask that you don't borrow fabric items
- Please check that everything matches your loan confirmation when you receive it — let us know right away if something's missing.
Returning
- Please make sure each toy is complete and clean before returning it
- Missing a piece? No problem — just extend your loan and bring it back once it's complete
- Let us know about any damage or missing parts when you return an item
- Normal wear and tear is never charged
- Damaged (beyond normal wear) or lost toys will need to be replaced at their full value
A note on trust Ludos Lekotek runs on mutual trust between families. Running late is never a problem — we'll just send a friendly reminder. Repeated, long-term non-returns may affect your membership, but this is always a last resort.
